Update: Gluten-Free March.

I've officially been gluten-free for two weeks now.  It's really been mind over matter, + I haven't felt like I'm missing out at all.  I found gluten-free brown rice bread at Trader Joe's that I actually like better than regular bread, + I've just been eating lots more veggies than I normally have.

On the health front:  I haven't had a fever in fourteen days.  That's the longest I've gone since the summertime without coming down with a temperature.  Can you believe that?  Also, I have to sound repetitive to all of the other gluten-free folks that I've heard from and say that my head feels much more clear.  My focus feels sharper, + I've had loads more energy.  I haven't been feeling fatigued.  And on top of it all, I've lost a few pounds already from the change.

Kind of crazy, right?  I'm still antsy to see how it goes for the rest of my Gluten-Free March, but if this is how it stays, I'll certainly be maintaining this way of eating.

Happy Wednesday!
xoxo.
