Jetsetting for Thanksgiving.

My family tends to go the non-traditional route on a lot of things - one of them being our Thanksgiving celebrations.  Five years ago, I skipped off for a girl's weekend in San Francisco.  Four years ago, I celebrated the day with Little Sister, traipsing through Central Park and pretending to be a tourist in my own city.  Two years ago, my mom, siblings and I all road tripped to Vegas for a quick 36 hour visit to Sin City.

And this year?  Well this year, we CABO.  San Lucas, that is.  Oh yes - five whole days South of the Border with my four siblings (two sisters and two brothers-in-law), sipping margs and relaxing with no cell signal. I'm so excited I can barely contain myself counting down the hours til that first glorious Bloody Mary at LAX on Thursday morning that will mark the beginning of our five days of freedom.

What are your plans for this year's Thanksgiving?  Are you traveling, staying local?  However you are celebrating, I hope it's lovely and relaxing and full of your favorite people.

xoxo.

So jealous! Have an amazing time :) Christina and I have decided on our sissy 2014 trip to Hawaii! Let me know how Cabo is.

To say I'm jealous is a HUGE understatement! I've been to Cabo, and highly recommend some snorkeling out by the reefs-it was one of my favorite travel things I've ever done! Hope you all have the best time! And I'll try not to go into labor while you're out of cell service :) Wish I could go, but I can't even travel further than an hour from home these days, ha ha. Tell everyone hello and safe travels!
