Last week in New York.

New York was beautiful.  Fantastic, super-fast, filled with friends, beyond exhausting.  The weather beat me down, and I was reminded for the umpteenth time how amazing it is to live in the sunshine 360 days a year.  In the six days that I was in the city, I fell hard once again for the pace, the people, and the endless choices of where to go, what to do, where to dine.  By the sixth day, I'd been caught in multiple deluges, paid up the wazoo for parking in every borough I visited, and was aching for my bed.

I've got the best of both worlds.  I get to play in the best city on the East Coast, and at the end of the week, I head home to the best city on the West Coast.
