Having Alix here just totally made my New Year's Eve just that much more exciting! We went to my family's annual big outdoor block party to celebrate the clock striking midnight. The ball dropped, confetti flew, fireworks burst, glasses clanked, and we laughed like crazy. I actually video'ed the whole thing, so I'll post that tomorrow.
Oh, and get this - Al and I actually recorded a video blog last night to commemorate the trip! Once Miss Al is finished with her editing magic, we will both be posting.
