This^^^ happened on Saturday night. How lucky of a girl am I?!
My family has been tossing around the "I want to see Book of Mormon" thing all year, and my sister's boyfriend texted me on Saturday asking me if I wanted his ticket to go with my little sister to see it. I thought he was joking. I freaked out, soooo excited. I grabbed the little sister at her loft downtown, we stopped for a slice of pizza on the way, and we hit Hollywood Boulevard to take in the brilliance that is Book of Mormon.
It was unreal.
If you get the chance to see it, see it. That is, unless you're religious, and then the whole thing will probably piss you off. :)
Just another LA night. Life is damn good.

my boyfriend saw it in NYC right when it came out but i had bronchitis and couldn't go. he said it was the best thing he had ever seen. now tickets are a small fortune. terrific....

I am so jealous! I've heard awesome things about it so I'm glad it lived up to your expectations! I'm hoping I can maybe catch it somewhere next time I'm stateside. :)

Ahhh! I want to see it so badly! I'm hoping we can see it outside NYC at some point (although I know D would die to see it in NYC). So jealous!
