I was actually looking for a photo of me looking touristy in front of the Golden Gate Bridge, when I came across this one. That's me on the left, with my college bestie, Abby, back in 2007. We took Oceanography together in college (we went to San Francisco State University) and part of the class was doing these amazing lab field trips. One of the trips found us sailing on a boat in the San Francisco Bay. So that, my friends, is the San Francisco skyline behind us. Can you spot the Transamerica Building (the triangular shaped skycraper) in the background? Damn we were lucky girls that day.
And the whole point of this story was to tell you that, this week... I am in San Francisco!
Oh my gosh I love this city, and I am stoked to be here for work through Friday. I've got a lot of hustling to do work-wise, but you better believe I will be having some great quality time with friends in the evenings!
