Why are there so few women leaders?

A couple of months ago, a client of mine recommended my colleagues + I check out Sheryl Sandberg's TED talk (remember when I raved about TED back in September?) about why there are so few women in top leadership roles.  I like to think that my female colleagues + I are all strong, adventurous, + ambitious women, so I immediately sought out the video.  I wasn't disappointed.  Sandberg, who is the COO of a small little company called Facebook, has some super valid + inspiring points in her fifteen minute speech.  And I mean, any woman who is a self-made billionaire, who has also appeared in Vogue, is pretty damn fabulous in my book.

I recommend checking it out, + I'd love to hear your thoughts.

PS - If you are interested in reading the article about her in Vogue, you can find it here.
