This is the best customer service I have ever received from your team. Admittedly, I have had some favorite delivery people in the past, especially the afternoon Express guy that always used to pick up from my old office, but I have to say that your Upper East Side guy (or gal?) is without a doubt my new fave. Personalized texts? Yes, please. I'm all about it.
It's just my personal opinion that this guy, regardless of his grammatical and spelling skills, undoubtedly deserves a raise. Or at least a corporate phone with an unlimited texting plan.

Hahah - that's awesome. In London (where I am) its all abt the texting. You get texts from ur dr telling u abt an appt, ur airline abt ur flight, everything...he's the wave of the future.
