Living well.

What a lovely sentiment.

What are you doing lately to make sure that you are living life well?
I am ... hiking regularly, eating way more (way more!) fruits and veggies, making time for my friends and my family, lighting the fireplace in my apartment at night, working hard, and trying not to sleep in too late so that I can seize the day.  And I am trying, on my continual  path to self-improvement, to remember to always be kind.  That's such an important quality for me to see in other people, that I strive to make sure I'm reflecting it myself.  I would love to hear what you're making conscious efforts to achieve to make sure that you are living life well.

Love this Lacey! I'm trying to continually remind myself that no matter what I'm going through, someone somewhere is going through something much, much more difficult. I'm trying to keep my head up and keep moving forward. I think I have the tendency to think "Woe is me" so I'm moving out of that mentality.

These all sound like wonderful things! I'm trying to live life well by remembering how lucky I am, gicing everyone I love a squeeze as often as I can and doing my best to organaize things.

First of all, happy 300 followers!

What am I doing...working with my counselor on coping skills for my anxiety. I know you know how rough that can be when it isn't taken care of!

I always love how insightful you are of the "big picture" in life, and overall well-being. Helps keep me grounded :)

I love the quote!

I really like that you specifically brought up the importance of being kind. I feel like a lot of people I come in contact with have forgotten how to treat people with common courtesy, much less care enough to take the time to actually bestow kindness on others. It's sad because when you're kind to others, it always comes back to you double what you give away.
