Spotlight Sunday: Perry's Plate.

Whenever anyone is coming over for dinner and I need a great and scrumptious meal idea, I consult Perry.  Whenever anyone is needing a yummy recipe or a fresh cooking idea, I direct them to Perry.

So for my first ever Spotlight Sunday (I'm linking up with Al from Traffic Jelly!), I am featuring none other than the fabulous Perry's Plate.

From the delicious Fish Tacos to this amazing sounding Guacamole Chicken Salad (it's on my must-make-soon list) to her fabulous-for-Fall Pumpkin-Coconut Chowder, there are recipes in here for everyone.  From making dinner for your single self to feeding a family of five, Perry's got ideas for you.  The day I stumbled upon this fabulous woman's recipe blog is a day I am grateful for!  How could I not share the wealth?

You must check out her expansive recipe index here.  And you can find her main page here.

Wow, I'm stunned!! Thank you so much for your kind comments and for "sharing the wealth". We just had that guac chicken salad again, and I think it's going to be one of my last minute go-to's. We love it!

This is fantastic! I'm always looking for new recipes {I seem to fall into a vicious cycle of pasta, roasted chicken, and meatloaf when left to my own imagination!}. Grazi!

New follower, thanks to the lovely Al's spotlight!
