It's a gray day here in New England.

I am back!  I've made it back to Connecticut safely + soundly.  I had a whirlwind week in LA, which I mentioned earlier this week.  I also had a stopover in Dallas on my way back East, where I got some work done + was super excited to get to visit with my dear friends CK + AL, who are engaged to be married this coming March!  It's always an added plus when I get to see old friends while traveling.

The weather here on the East Coast is definitely leaving something to be desired.  It's gray and chilly, but that sort of humid cold that is just never a bit of fun.  The trees are finally bare here though, with all the foliage having been raked up into piles + whisked away while I was Back West.  So I'm looking out my windows to bare ground, bare trees, + gray skies...I think it is safe to say that Winter is certainly right around the corner.  Are you feeling the effects of winter where you live?

One day it's mild, the next freezing... the weather is schizo at the moment, but as long as the sun is shining, it's all good :-)

It really just got cold here in London, I was starting to think it wouldn't happen!

I love cold grey weather though, as weird as that sounds - it's part of the London charm!
