How did I not catch drift of this wonderful news before today?! A week and a half ago, the California-based coffee chain Coffee Bean + Tea Leaf opened their doors in New York's Midtown neighborhood! I am so excited. No more burnt Starbucks iced coffees - now I can get my favorite ice blendeds and peppermint flavored holiday coffee from my hometown coffee shop! Los Angeles natives in New York...rejoice!
If you've never had the chance to visit California, most will tell you that you are missing out on a couple of culinary greatnesses: #1 being In-N-Out Burger (but that's an entirely different story), and #2 (I at least would say) is Coffee Bean. (#2 might actually be Katsu-ya but again, I digress.) I guess if you are a Californian living on the East Coast, whether you love Coffee Bean or you just like it a little, I think any sort of taste from home is comforting, right?
If you've tried Coffee Bean in the past, would you say that you are a fan? If you live in New York, will you be paying the new location at 39th + Broadway a visit sometime soon?

You are a girl after my own heart!!!!!! I can't even begin to explain how many times I've blogged about my love for Coffee Bean -- it's seriously been a post topic about a dozen times! I own so many Coffee Bean mugs and even have their Vanilla Caramel coffee and Ice Blended powder shipped to my house... always have a full stock! I get SO excited when other people love this chain as much as I do!!!! Starbucks who??? This post made my day and now I'm craving an Ice Blended but am in Texas. Thanks...
I love this place!!! When I lived in Singapore, they were all over the place. I haven't had a drink from them in over a decade though. :o( I think my favorite was something with the word Sunrise in it. It was sooooo incredibly good.
What are some of your Fave Coffee Bean drink? We have one here but Ive only gone a time or 2. But another blogger I follow raves over them too!
