I had an appointment in the Village yesterday and was famished afterward. My handy Googlemap for Blackberry search pointed out to me that I was only a couple of blocks from the much-talked-about West Village restaurant, The Spotted Pig, so I had to stop in. The burger that they are famous for was indeed delish, and the people watching was super entertaining. The quaint decor and awesome flowers outside left me wanting to come back and bring my girlfriends asap!

This is absolutely in my top places to try and hit every time I am in NY. I did not make it this last trip but Jax & Zach did. Next time i'd love to go to my other favorite jaunt....Fanelli's 94 Prince St X Mercer
